Applications of Sodium Feldspar

Ceramics Industry:

• Ceramic Glazes:

sodium feldspar is mainly used as a flux in ceramic glazes. It can effectively reduce the melting temperature of glazes and promote the smooth flow of glaze layers during firing. In addition, the sodium oxide (Na₂O) contained in sodium feldspar can enhance the gloss and adhesion of the glaze surface, while improving the expansion coefficient of the glaze and reducing the problem of glaze cracking.

• Ceramic Bodies:
